Questions?

  • Is there a minimum contract?

    Nope. We are sure you will love the service however you can cancel or reschedule your clean anytime until 18:00 the day before your clean.

  • How does pricing work?

    We have a simple hourly rate which gets lower the more hours you book.

  • Will I always have the same cleaner?

    Yes on a recurring clean we will match you with the same cleaner. However with one off clean you may also request any previous cleaners in the order notes.

  • How do I know what my cleaner will clean?

    We have different types of cleans for different occasions. Each service has a section detailing what exactly will be cleaned.

  • Can I get a refund for booking the wrong clean?

    We regret to inform you that in cases where a customer has mistakenly booked the wrong type of cleaning service or cannot make the time booked refunds cannot be provided due to the time and effort expended by our cleaners. However, if the issue is brought to our attention before the cleaner's departure, we will be able to address this promptly. If you are unhappy with the clean we do not offer a refund however would be happy to offer a discount on any future cleans.

  • Respect our Staff

    Please be aware that any form of abuse directed towards our staff members will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Our staff holds the right to discontinue their services if subjected to abusive behaviour. Please remember that respectful and professional interactions contribute to a positive and harmonious cleaning experience.
